Description

Beaches are Boring; Shoreline Buffers are Where it is At! Hear Emma Fitzgerald, the Conservation Director of Grass River Natural Area, discuss the benefits of shoreline plants on waterways. The benefits of shoreline plants are vast; they help protect against erosion, create natural privacy barriers, and attract beneficial bugs and birds. She will cover why you should leave those trees, best lawn care practices, and how to determine what plants will be best suited for your shoreline.
